For the licensed hairdresser who wants to become an educator, The Lab offers a student teacher program.
The Student Teacher curriculum at The Lab involves 500 hours of study, satisfying the New Jersey State Board of Cosmetology and Hairstyling requirements. The course includes extensive instructional experience in state laws, facials, cutting, hair coloring, permanent waving, manicuring, pedicuring, testing methods, teacher preparation, and classroom management.
